Sankofa Care is a small but
dynamic family-run agency
and a range of Supported Living Options for young people, young parents and their children. We offer a wrap-around service which includes Fostering Recruitment and Adoption, Residential Children’s Home, Independent School and other Outreach Programmes for children with challenging behaviours and Special Educational Needs. Sankofa Care is one of the few Services that is partnering with other agencies to ensure that when young people leave our care, they have access to quality and affordable housing.
Caring for our children
Fostering & Permanency Services
Fostering is caring for children in your own home whilst their own parent(s) are unable to look after them.
Residential Services
Our residential unit is a registered mixed home offering medium to long term placements for young people aged between 10-18 years.

We feel that children and young people in public care deserve good quality education and training to maximise their future potential.
